I ordered the renew bracelet several weeks ago on the online website for Irenew.com. However, I haven’t received my bracelets to date. I have emailed there customer service for a status update with no response. I have also tried to call and all I get is a busy signal. I am really interested in trying this product but now wonder about it.

OK – I’ll admit I as very skeptical about the iRenew. My cat is 16 years old & was dragging 1 leg when she walked for the last 4 months(arthritis per the vet). She was also sleeping a lot less than normal & keeping us up through the night. Since putting it around her neck much to our surprise we’ve seen a big improvement. She SLEEPS peacefully again, has stopped dragging her leg & seems happier overall. Must be something to it – otherwise she wouldn’t have shown the level of improvement she has. If it were me – I’d probably still be skeptical & think perhaps it was a mind over matter thing… She doesn’t mind having it around her neck 1 bit. Can barely see it even though she’s short haired. I take it off to brush her & she willingly allows me to put it back on. Funny thing is – she always fights me when trying to put a leash on.
