Slapchop

Every Sunday my friends and I usually spend about 5 or 6 hours cooking something new. We try Indian dishes, Moroccan, Italian, etc. I saw the infomercial with that guy Vince for over a year and never thought I would need to use a Slapchop but bought one anyway and we all love it.
The Slapchop is a small tool that you can use to chop up pretty much anything you can eat. We have used it for fruits, nuts and veggies. Last week we were making a Moroccan dish and it required Garlic & Onion to be dices and saute’d and the problem for me is that every time i cut and onion or even garlic my eyes start to water. It also takes me way too long. The Slapchop solved that for me.
All I had to do was exactly what the guy from TV did. I cut my onion into 4 pieces (with the skin still on) and put it under the Slapchop and it diced up all of the onion for me and left the skin intact. All I had to do then was toss the skin in the garbage disposal and the onions into the hot oil on the stove. No watery eyes.
Last week we needed diced Cashew for an Indian dish called Creamy Cashew Currey and if we were to have diced it ourselved it would have taken forever with the knife but the Slapchop did it in less than 5 seconds.
All I can say about the Slapchop is WOW. Its a kitchen miracle. When your done using it just take it apart and pop it in the dishwasher, or even wash it in the sink. Its small which is a major plus because I have a tiny kitchen and not a lot of storage.
Slapchop came delivered in 2 weeks with TWO Slapchops and 2 Grateys. The Gratey was super cool because you put the cheese in it and use it as you need it. It grates the cheese for you and is simple. The best part about it is that you can put a lid over it and store it in the refrigerator.
I could find a hundred more uses for this thing if I really had the time but I am sure you will find your own uses.
