Everybody loves chocolate but my favorite is chocolate brownies. When i saw The Perfect Brownie Pan I had to buy one.  I have full instructions on how it works in my video below, but I will describe it here for you also.

The Perfect Brownie is pan set that consists of a few different parts that allow you to bake brownies so you can make eighteen of the same size and cut brownies that have cooked edges ON ALL SIDES!!  That is the best part of the brownie and now you can make 18 that are all the same.

The brownie pan looks like a normal baking pan, however, the bottom of the pan pops in so that when you are done cooking and ready to serve, the entire pan falls out from underneath the tray so that they are ready to serve.  The way it cooks the brownies so that they have edges on all the sides is by using a divider that you insert into the pan which shapes the brownie mixture and gives all the brownies their own edges.  Whoever thought of this is a genius.

The Perfect Brownie will gives me the best results for baking deserts. It is simple, easy and machine washable. You can also make other things like rice crispy treats and even apple coffee cake crumble. I have not gotten to those yet but I will soon! Cant wait. Enjoy the video.
